WE NEED YOUR HELP

1. email addresses - We need correct email addresses!  If you would like to be kept informed of ongoing activites and news regarding Spring Grove Lacrosse, please send us a quick email at info@springgrovelacrosse.org to be added to our email list!  

2. Board committees & chairs - A new board has been elected for 2010.  We are again in need of volunteers to help make next season a success.  If you are interested in helping with any of the following committee positions, please let us know at
info@springgrovelacrosse.org 

1. League Representative (1 person needed) 
Attend, represent, and vote for Spring Grove lacrosse at Monthly York County Lacrosse Association (YCLA) meetings, typically held in East York. Update Spring Grove Lacrosse board at monthly board meetings (3rd Wed of month at Heidelberg Twp building)
2. League Disciplinary Representative (1 person needed) 
Manage any discipline issues for Spring Grove Lacrosse, between players, coaches, parents.  On rare occasion, attend and represent Spring Grove Lacrosse at YCLA disciplinary meetings.
3. Apparel (multiple people needed to help, including chairperson)
Coordinate sales, ordering, and distribution of Spring Grove Lacrosse apparel; hats, shirts, jackets, etc.

Concessions (multiple people needed to help, including chairperson)
Coordinate and work concession stand at home games & Shootout Tournament
5.
Field Maintenance (multiple people needed to help, including chairperson)
Mow and line fields (Old Spring Grove High School, Heidelberg, North Codorus)
6.
Fundraising (multiple people needed to help, including chairperson)
Coordinate and maintain fundraising activities; For example, 'Let's do Dinner', 'Pit Beef', 'Clam Bake', etc.  Maintain individual player accounts.
7.
Shootout Tournament (multiple people needed to help, including chairperson)
Organize & plan Lumberjax Shootout tournament, typically a weekend in early May.  Approximately 12-14 clubs, U9 thru U15, boys and girls; schedule games, vendors, referees, etc.
8.
Timing/Scorekeeping (multiple people needed to help, including chairperson)
Time all homegames and assist with scorekeeping if coaches desire. Equipment & rules will be provided by the club.

Website
Maintain website for the club, improve communication with parents, volunteers, players.
